Our vision for reconciliation is a community that understands the past injustices for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples while working towards a shared future of equality and equity and striving for the removal of racism. For Roseberry Qld, we aim to exist as an inclusive and diverse workplace who engages with First Nations peoples in all of the communities in which we work.
At Roseberry Qld, we prioritise reconciliation, diversity, and inclusion in our workforce, client relationships, and the communities we serve. Our strategies are outlined in the Inclusion & Diversity Plan, describing how we are accountable for following through on our commitment. We value listening and learning from our community, and strive to apply this knowledge across all areas of our practice.
