Family Support @ Gladstone

Providing Advocacy and Referral, therapeutic and practical support to vulnerable families with children under 18 years of age (children in utero included) in the Gladstone region. All agency and self-referrals are allowed.

Reconnect @ Gladstone

Reconnect supports youth aged 12 -18 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness or disconnection from family/education/community or positive social networks. The program provides case management support including referral and advocacy and early intervention psychosocial supports to reconnect or remain connected with protective adults, stable housing, education/employment services and social and emotional well-being. All agency and self-referrals are allowed.

Youth Support @ Gladstone

Youth Support provides support to vulnerable youth aged 12 – 21 through individual case management, in both outreach and small group capacity, to enhance social and emotional well-being, connect with education supports and develop skills to become active and positive members of our community. All agencies and self-referrals are allowed.

Youth Enhanced Support Service (YESS) @ Gladstone & Rockhampton (Central Qld available for outreach)

The YESS program is a National Mental Health Stepped Care Service providing clinical therapeutic and psychosocial support to young people aged 12 – 25 years who are experiencing, or at risk of developing severe/complex mental health conditions. Referral pathways through CYMHS, Roseberry Qld programs and Primary Health Network (GP’s).

Youth Sexual Violence and Abuse Services @ Gladstone

Information, Advice and Referral service providing young people and families of young people, aged 8 – 21 years with referral pathways to connect with speciality counselling services in the community for young people exhibiting sexually reactive behaviours, and/or having experienced sexual abuse.

Steps to Stability – Rockhampton

Steps to Stability is a free practical, interactive 10-week program empowering parents/families with at
least one child under the age of 8. The aim of the program is to build resilience and stability for families by providing them with information and resources to increase their skills to navigate life’s hurdles and challenges.
