The Adaptable Living Program

The Adaptable Living Program is an early intervention program with preventative strategies to reduce homelessness and assist those most at risk of homelessness to maintain and sustain their tenancies. Targeted for young people aged between 16 and 25 years, participants have access to individual case management and Mobile Support check-ins every 3, 6, or 12 months upon completing the program.

Roseberry Qld provides up to four Adaptable Living Program Intakes each year (depending on demand) and the cost to deliver this program is $600 per participant.

We are continuously looking for people to sponsor a young person to participate in this program.

All sponsors are provided with a certificate when their sponsored participant completes the program, including an update on how their participant is going during check-in after completing the program.

We welcome everyone to join us in making the Adaptable Living Program a continued success that will benefit our community.
